Shaping stories with video
I have yet to work on a film, television or video project that I didn’t love. This page features some of my favorites.
I am the lead writer and a producer of Landis: Just Watch Me is the inspiring true story of Landis Sims, a 15-year old baseball player born with a quad-congenital limb deficiency, meaning he is missing both hands and feet. Witness Landis over 8 years, as he tackles his goal of making his Varsity team with guidance from some of Major League Baseball’s best. With no hands, no feet and no limits, Landis: Just Watch Me will have you cheering and ready to step away from the sidelines to face your own challenges.
Let Them Play: A Triathlon Across America was my first feature- length documentary. I served as writer and producer. The film is now available on most major streaming platforms.
As part of this project, I also wrote and produced a series of video shorts that the Let Them Play Foundation featured on their social channels as the Byrnes family made its way across the country during the summer of 2017.

Television
Anytime I’ve worked on a television project, I’ve had a blast.
Here are some of my favorites…
The World of Sports
I started my career in newspapers as a sports stringer, driving a beat-up station wagon all over central Texas chasing down stories. I loved that job, and my love of sports has never waned.
When I get a chance to work on sports-themed projects, I usually take it.
CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
Your message creatively expressed.
I regularly write, direct or produce corporate communication videos.
From simple explainers to mission-critical messaging, I help clients visualize and refine their messaging.
Short Films
Short films have always been a fun hobby of mine, plus a way to keep my production and post-production chops sharp and ready. Here are a few projects I’ve made over the years.
